Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS If an attendee chooses to cancel their participation, refunds will be provided as follows: Full refund until 1st of June (that's when we will confirm the final amount of participants to the owner) There will be no refund after that date. You, however, are allowed to re-sell your spot to a participant until a week prior to the event (26 June) The final costs (housing, logistics, food) for SPARK are depending on the number of participants and expenses are made in advance, so please be considerate when booking/cancelling. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond SPARK’s control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), SPARK reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds will be assessed accordingly. In case of total cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all participants. RESPONSIBILITY All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and provide relevant medical and insurance information prior to the event. This information will be treated as confidential, stored securely, and used solely for emergency purposes during the event. CONDUCT & SAFETY We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and intentional environment. All SPARK events operate under our Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to respect this code, uphold SPARK’s core values, and treat others with kindness and consideration. SPARK reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the Code of Conduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
