You can sign up until 1st of June. That's the date where we have to confirm the final amount of participants to the owner of the house. After that date, you will be placed on a waitlist - in case someone else cancels, you will be able to to buy their ticket over.

The subsidized tickets are meant for low-income folks, people who would otherwise not be able to attend if they had to pay the normal price. If you're wondering if this ticket is for you - feel free to e-mail us at contact@sparkrotterdam.nl and tell us about your situation.

• You, however, are allowed to re-sell your spot to a participant until a week prior to the event (26 June) The final costs (housing, logistics, food) for SPARK are depending on the number of participants and expenses are made in advance, so please be considerate when booking/cancelling.

The SPARK Camp location is Ritselaarsdijk 11c, 3273 LH Westmaas.

SOLUTION 1: Public Transports

Best is to go to Westmaas via public transport. Then it's either a 35 min walk along the lake, or a 3 minute car-ride. The timing of the rides from Westmaas <> Reigersnest will be communicated closer to the date.

It takes approximately 1hr from Rotterdam CS, 45 minutes from Zuidplein.

SOLUTION 2 : Your own car 🚗

You can park near / at the venue. To avoid turning our beautiful location into a car rally, we'd like to encourage mutualizing rides, so let us know in the sign up form if you can carpool with a couple of other sparkpeople in the passenger seats.

SOLUTION 3 : Carpooling in someone's car 🚙

If you'd like to carpool, indicate it in the form, and let us know where you're leaving from. We will work on organising the rides and will let you know your pick up/drop off location + driver around 2 weeks prior to the event.

You can, but the price remains the same.

There are some low thresholds in the house, and a wheelchair would have to be lifted onto the ramp.
